Power Handles
The wrist is out of the lift. What is left is the muscle.
On a normal cable handle the load hangs off your fingers, so every lateral raise, rear delt fly and single arm row is also a grip set and a wrist set. The Power Handle moves the cable to the side of your hand and puts a curved steel plate across the forearm. The strap pulls on the plate, the plate pulls on the forearm, and your hand just steers. The wrist stays neutral through the whole arc because it is no longer the thing holding the weight up.
The plate pivots on the end caps and locks with a spring pin, so it follows the forearm as the angle changes instead of digging in at the top of the movement. Set it once for the exercise and forget it.
Sold as a single, because that is how it gets used: one arm at a time, cable at the side, for the shoulder and back work where a weak grip or a folding wrist normally ends the set before the target muscle does. Take the pair for flyes and two handle rows.
What it is for
Cable lateral raises. Rear delt flyes. Single arm rows and pulldowns. Chest flyes. Anything where you want the shoulder or the back to be the limit, not the hand.
