Drop Set Pins

Failure is where the set starts. Most people stop there because the machine makes them.

A drop set on a weight stack should take two seconds. Instead you pull the pin, walk around, find the hole, miss the hole, and by the time you sit back down the muscle has recovered enough to waste the drop. The Drop Set Pin fixes the two seconds.

The lowest pin in the stack sets the weight, so set the machine's pin at your drop weight and the Drop Set Pin lower in the stack at your working weight. Rep to failure, set the stack down, hit the release, and the spring-loaded pin retracts on its own. The stack is now on the machine's pin, so keep going. No walking, no fishing for the hole, no rest you didn't plan.

Stainless steel shaft in an ABS body. Two pins give you two drops on one machine, or one drop on two machines side by side for supersets. Fits in a pocket.
