30 day guarantee. Train on it. If it's not for you, email contact@prgrip.com within 30 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is at your cost. Normal wear from training is expected. We cannot accept mats that are cut, torn or permanently damaged.
Email us first and we will send you the return address. Once your mat reaches us we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@prgrip.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you, and we cover return shipping in those cases.
Cancellations. If your order has not yet shipped you may cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the 30 day guarantee above still applies.
