Super Duty D Handles

Most single D handles are a bent rod with a rubber sleeve and a fixed eye. They twist against the cable, the sleeve spins on the rod, and after a year the eye is oval. This one is a machined steel yoke on a full swivel, so the handle turns with your wrist through the whole pull instead of fighting it. The grip is knurled steel, not rubber, and the plating is hard chrome, which is what stops a chalked hand and a sweaty gym from eating it.

At 1.6 kg it has the mass of a real attachment. It hangs straight, it does not flip when you let go, and it clips to any carabiner or snap hook on a cable stack, a lat pulldown, or a low row.

What it is for

Single arm rows and pulldowns. Cable curls and pushdowns. Face pulls with one hand. Any pull where you want the handle to follow the wrist instead of the wrist following the handle. Take two for rows and flyes on a functional trainer.
